Learning Objectives:
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of renin-angiotensin receptor inhibitors for non-cardiac surgery in the perioperative period. This includes the fundamental concepts of preoperative risk stratification and perioperative medication management based on comorbidities.
2. Enhance the process of clinical assessment of renin-angiotensin receptor inhibitor use in the perioperative period. This learning objective emphasizes the development of analytical and problem-solving abilities. It involves practicing critical thinking skills such as logical reasoning, evaluation of evidence, and the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
