1. Explain the pathophysiologic rationale for CAVI in severe tricuspid regurgitation and identify patient phenotypes in whom heterotrophic Caval valves may be favored orthotopic therapies (TEER/TTVR).

2. Describe the key procedural steps in CAVI implantation including pre and post procedural assessment.

3. Appraise the contemporary clinical evidence and provide description, including inclusion and exclusion criteria, of the TRICAVI trial at Delray Medical Center.
